Gk99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "gk99") operates the website https://gk99.ws and its associated mobile applications. These terms and conditions apply to all users of gk99's services.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum is determined by your VIP tier.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless gk99 voids it due to an error.
• gk99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of a match cancellation or a tie, the original stake is generally refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will apply.

Gk99 sets its odds in accordance with international standards, and we always strive to offer the most competitive odds on the market. During in-play betting, odds can change within milliseconds, and gk99 is not liable for such changes.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on gk99. A transparent payment policy is one of our core commitments.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits via third parties are not accepted.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Your first withdrawal may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• If any irregular activity is suspected, gk99 may place withdrawals on hold until the investigation is complete.

All bonuses and promotional offers at gk99 are governed by the general terms below. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions.

• The welcome bonus is available once per new account only.
• The welcome bonus is activated on a minimum deposit of ৳500.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the respective bonus details.
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 count toward wagering requirements.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before it expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gk99. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or inaccurate personal information.
• Abusing bonus offers or attempting to exploit bonuses.
• Involvement in match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Unauthorised access to or attempted hacking of gk99's systems.
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Betting on behalf of or funded by a third party.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.

Gk99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Temporary suspension pending investigation where a terms violation is suspected.
• Automatic suspension after a set period if KYC verification is not completed.
• Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
• Accounts will be marked as inactive after an extended period of inactivity (12 months).

You may request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance will be refunded accordingly.

Gk99 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Bets not placed or delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• For delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• For any loss resulting from issues with your device or network.
• Any losses arising from the unlawful actions of other members.
